Advance Funding Program
Conservation Partners, LLC is pleased to offer its Advance Funding program to landowners who are in the process or have completed the donation of a conservation easement. This program is designed to help cover easement donation costs including appraisal, legal, survey, or other expenses associated with the donation. Funds advanced are reimbursed from the proceeds when the donor’s land preservation tax credit is sold.
