Conservation Partners, LLC is structured to provide support to credit purchasers and their advisors throughout the credit purchase process, beginning with an initial introduction to land preservation tax credits and not ending until the purchaser has successfully claimed his or her credits.
Our systems have been designed and tested to facilitate hundreds of transactions smoothly and on time, and our staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible. Most of the purchasers we work with have purchased credits from us for many years.
Our purchase process is designed to facilitate secure and easy transactions. Once the purchaser is matched with available credit, documents are sent by secure email to the purchaser, who simply signs the designated forms and returns them by mail along with a check payable to Conservation Escrow Services, LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Conservation Partners, LLC). Conservation Partners, LLC makes the appropriate filings with the Virginia Department of Taxation, which will then forward a notification to the purchaser when the credit has been registered in the purchaser’s name.
Conservation Partners, LLC’s staff and our extended team of outside professional consultants are always available to provide assistance and answer any questions from credit purchasers. We also can provide referrals to some of the leading national experts in the field of private land conservation.
